TOURING RATES

​

For new clients, touring rates for most cities start at 1.5k/1.5hrs, 2k/2hrs, 2.5k/3hrs. 

​

For NYC/LA/Northern CA, touring rates for new clients start at 1.5k/1hr, 2.5k/2hrs, 3k/3hrs, 4k/4hrs, 5k/5-6hrs, 6.5k/8-10hrs, 8k/12-14hrs. 9.5k/all day.

RUSH FEE

​

Please add $250 rush fee for same-day appointments in NM and most other cities. Please add $500 rush fee for same-day appointments in LA/NYC/SF area. This rush fee encourages potential patrons to prebook, so that I can maintain a semblance of stability in my life by not being on-call 24/7.

FMTY

​

I'm available for FMTY to any city of your choosing. Please be advised that advanced notice is best. FMTY rates start at 4k/4hrs, 5k/6-8hrs, 6k/12-14 hr overnight, all inclusive w/no extra fees required for travel/lodging. For longer engagements, please feel free to inquire.

All of this is not required but a thorough initial introduction does make it easier for me to gauge as to whether we are compatible.

DEPOSITS

​

I typically require a small deposit to meet. The deposit is meant to go towards our meeting together. Most importantly, it is to ensure that you are indeed serious about meeting.

​

CANCELLATIONS

​

I understand that life happens. Sometimes cancellations are inevitable.

​

If you cancel within 48 hours, I will usually ask for a 50% fee of time scheduled, minus the deposit. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, 100% of fee is due.
